This revised framework provides guidance to countries in the Western Pacific Region to step up implementation of TB-HIV collaborative activities. It recommends that all people living with HIV-AIDS should be screened for TB as part of their routine care, and similarly, all patients with TB should be tested for HIV infection in TB facilities, in both instances at the point of care.
