Status of Rte ACT in: Upper Primary Schools

Right of Children for Free and Compulsory Education Act (RTE) 2009 is a mile stone for elementary education for age group of 6 to 14 years old chuldren. This Act is unique beacause it is included in Article 21A of Indian Constitution as a fundamental right for elementary education. This book is research survey which shows a clear and honest picture of current status of Implementation ans Awareness in upper primary schools. The findings and the suggestions included in this book will be helpful for policy makers, parents, stackholders and teachers etc. to findout and do needful modification in implementation of RTE Act 2009. the suggestions may be gainful to draw improvement in the implementation of RTE Act 2009.
