Healed by Grace: My Journey From Abuse To Redemption

There was a time I never thought I would survive; a time when every breath felt heavy and every day felt like a fierce battle I never signed up for.

I was just a little girl carrying pain far too big for my heart; silenced by shame and confusion and learning to smile through wounds no one could see.

This is my story. But in many ways, it might be yours too.

It is a story of abuse, of trauma, of feeling invisible and unheard. But more than that, it is a story of becoming.

Becoming a woman who no longer hides her pain. Becoming a voice for the silenced. Becoming whole, not because the past disappeared, but because healing became possible.

I did not have therapy, neither did I have support groups.

But I had Jesus, and He met me in the darkness.

He showed me how to breathe again. How to forgive, how to rebuild.
