The Dolomites, a World Heritage Site protected by UNESCO, are an archipelago of peaks separated by valleys, rivers and other mountains. This publication is the final volume of a trilogy devoted to the UNESCO sites of the region of the Veneto, which offers readers a new, contemporary and emotional account that has the ability to convey the sense of wonder that we all need in order to appreciate our landscapes again and to take care of them. As with the previous installments, this book has been entrusted to a narrator and a photographer who have worked together to present a portrait of landscapes, places, artifacts and communities that illustrates the uniqueness of the Dolomites and the importance of their preservation.
