Conversations with Jesus, Volume 1: Come and See opens the five-volume series at the beginning of Jesus' ministry and walks through the first thirteen recorded conversations of his earthly life - from his first words as a twelve-year-old boy in the Jerusalem temple to the feeding of the five thousand and the moment Jesus asked his disciples whether they, too, wanted to leave.

Along the way you will sit beside Nicodemus in the dark, stand at Jacob's Well with the Samaritan woman, watch a paralyzed man pick up his mat and walk, and hear the Sermon on the Mount as if for the first time. Each lesson places you inside the conversation before it opens the text, examines the original Greek, draws on the heritage of the Restoration Movement, and invites you to bring the conversation into your own life.
