Three See Deeper questions, with private pages for each of you. Write your answers alone first, then read them to each other. That one habit is why this book works: writing first is how you say the true thing instead of the easy thing.

One phrase to practice all week, with a place to track the days you actually said it.

A Choose Us activity that costs almost nothing - a re-ask, a documentary interview, a do-nothing date, a blanket fort.

A Still Us check-in where you each answer honestly, then write one answer together with one pen.

Week twelve ends with a covenant you both sign, a photo page for who you were in week one and who you are now, and a sealed letter to your future selves.
