Varyen Files: The Forgotten Gate

Two grandfathers found. One choice that will change everything.

The Varyen kids crossed into Vashari expecting a rescue. What they find instead is a world at war with itself - two factions, the Lumi and the Keld, who can't agree on whether the connection between worlds should be saved or severed for good, and a countdown that neither side can stop.

Somewhere in the middle of it is Javier, the grandfather they never knew, leaving behind a trail of clues he spent years building without ever knowing if they'd find their way to him. As Maia, Siah, Soleil, and Jules follow him deeper into a forest that remembers its own history better than the people living in it, they uncover something stranger than anything the journal ever hinted at: their grandfather didn't just study the pattern language that holds Vashari together. He built it.

But the closer they get to Javier, the clearer it becomes that finding him was never going to be the hard part. Something ancient is waking up beneath the mountains, a hidden gate is running out of time, and the Varyens are about to learn that saving the people you love sometimes means deciding what you're willing to lose.

Perfect for readers who've been waiting for the portal-fantasy stakes to fully open up - with a reunion that earns every bit of its emotional weight, a political conflict with no easy villain, and an ending that will leave you needing Book Four immediately.

The Varyen Files, Book 3. The Gate remembers everything. It's about to ask for something in return.
