The Hero Brigade, a corrupt militarized police force, terrorizes the world through fear as they raise themselves to a level of power unrivaled by anything else. Dressed in capes and fancy uniforms, with fantastic abilities simulated by pulse technology, they are the only form of a superhero known in this universe.
