Sins of the Chosen

Brun, a giant from the Frostlands, once served as the loyal bodyguard to King Mereed - until betrayal and death shattered the kingdom of Tlea. Chosen by his god but rejecting the blessing bestowed upon him, Brun fled his homeland, haunted by guilt and plagued by visions of his past. Now, with the Eternal Flame, the sacred heart of Tlea, dying, the kingdom teeters on the brink of ruin. The gods remain silent, and shadows creep ever closer.

Called back into service, Brun seeks to uncover the cause of the Flame's dwindling light. Burdened by his past failure, he accepts the mission, knowing that he can only redeem himself through service to the crown. Brita, a priest of the Church of the First Flame, joins him on this perilous path. Her faith is unshakable, but the doubts in her own worthiness grow.
