Faith, Freedom, and 4 Paws: Seeing God Through Iva's Eyes

In Faith, Freedom, & Four Paws: Seeing God through Iva's Eyes, Carolyn invites you into the transformative journey of life with her guide dog, Iva.

What began as a terrifying moment of being lost in the middle of a familiar street became the catalyst for a new kind of vision. Through thirty days of heartwarming and humorous "Guide Dog Tales," you will discover:

• The Power of Trust: How learning to lean on a guide dog mirrors the absolute surrender we owe to our Heavenly Father.
• Divine Redirection: Why God's "No" is often a redirection toward a much greater "Yes."
• Spiritual Independence: How stepping out in faith-even when you can't see the path-leads to a life of true freedom.
• Sensitivity to the Spirit: Lessons in quiet obedience, discerning the Shepherd's voice, and tuning into the needs of others.

Whether Iva is navigating a busy New York train platform, "intelligently disobeying" a dangerous command, or simply offering a comforting head on a lap during a bout of sickness, every moment is a masterclass in God's grace.

Perfect for fans of daily devotionals and animal lovers alike, this book is more than a memoir of blindness; it is a roadmap for anyone who wants to walk more confidently with the Lord. Step out of your comfort zone and into a life of "independent dependence" on the One who sees everything you cannot.
