Psych Ward: My Personal Experience With Bipolar, Psychosis, Catatonia, and Extra Pyramidal Symptoms

I'm writing this book to make the subject of mental health less taboo. I figured if I came out with my personal experience of being hospitalized in the Psychiatric Ward not only once but four times, that people who are in a similar dilemma will be able to relate and hopefully find camaraderie, if not comfort. It is important that this subject become destigmatized so that those suffering from it can be treated like any other patient suffering from any other disease. It is sad to see what people diagnosed with a mental illness have to go through other than the illness itself because of misconceptions. I hope people reading this book will get a real dose of what it is like.
