Through journaling over the last thirty years, after the start of, let's say, an unconventional beginning! I noticed that the simpler my daily journaling routine was, the more likely I was to maintain the habit. Personally, I didn't find value in reading someone else's affirmations or engaging in rituals like writing and burning the negative aspects of my life journey. No, I had been around the spiritual and emotional roundabout for too long. To know change, genuine change, takes daily effort and real commitment. Self-discovery comes like anything of real substance, from bloody hard work and everyday persistence. So, if you're looking for some hairy fairy book filled with little exercises, then this is not the book for you.
This book is based on some not-so-brilliant, very personal life choices. But in the end, like any human, we have a choice to continue with our crap or get our shit together. Using my personal stories, I explain through my life journey how I came to my conclusions.
After many years, I develop a simple technique for cultivating lasting happiness by daily expressing gratitude, exploring my inner shadows, and manifesting a life brimming with creativity, love, and personal fulfillment through journaling.
