My name is Shani and I'm the author of 21-Day Fight Against Lupus. One year ago, I would not have imagined writing a book about Lupus because that was not my situation. Lupus became my situation when I was diagnosed a few months ago and I decided to fight for my health. Before my diagnosis, I was aware of many people in the holistic community who had testimonies about having their lupus go into remission and not seeing it again. Each testimony shared common measures taken, so I began to study those similarities and apply them to my own life. In my book, I share my own testimony with Lupus and how I moved to remission to just not seeing symptoms anymore from my immune system attacking itself.
