Come Away, My Love: The Call of the Bridegroom

In Come Away, My Love, the eternal call and desire of God to dwell with mankind is explored through Scripture and poetry. Once we understand the longing of God to be with us and the price He was willing to pay, then by His grace, our hearts will be moved to pursue Him with the same passion, to respond with the lovesick cry of a bride, "Come, Lord, Jesus, come!" For God is calling even now, Come away, My Love.

He wants to make history with us in secret; He wants to show us that prayer is not just a necessity but a joy and a delight! Will we forsake all other things for the one thing that is necessary? Will we count the cost of following Jesus Christ? Behold our King hanging on the cross for the sins of the world. Look at the empty tomb from which He left in glory, still bearing scars that will forever prove His undying love. And then perhaps we will understand and join with the bride as she cries, "I have found the one whom my soul loves, and I will not let go!"
