Tom Seaver: An Amazing All-Star for All Time is a children's picture book biography written by A.J. Chilson and illustrated by Lilly Housh. It's about the great pitcher who played most of his career with the New York Mets, and was the only true superstar in that team's history. Seaver's life took him from his hometown of Fresno, California to the big leagues with the Mets, where he helped them win the 1969 World Series. Along the way, Seaver made stops with teams in Cincinnati and Chicago, where career milestones were set. Then he completed his baseball journey in Cooperstown, New York, where in 1992 Seaver was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame.
