The year is 2030. Technology and political corruption are at a new height. The clamor for power has reduced the Government to a one party system. In an effort to curb violence from its youth, the Government has embraced Artificial Intelligence. An ambitious USAF pilot, Lieutenant Colonel Michael Smith, decides to move his family from North Las Vegas to San Francisco to enhance his career and find a safer place for his family to live. The move deeply angers Sarah, his fifteen-year-old daughter, and alienates her from her father. Sarah becomes so resentful of the family's move that it clouds her thinking and obscures the danger and darkness that lurks in others like Jay Johnson, a fellow student at her high school. Jay's family wields great political power-a fact that Sarah chooses to ignore.
Blinded by her anger toward her father, Sarah ignores Jay's flaws and selfish desires. This mistake propels her into the dark world of the juvenile justice system. Caught up in the groundswell of automation and political power, Sarah enters a dark and sinister world where few, if any, emerge unscathed. The clock is ticking, and the question of Sarah's survival hangs in the balance of a justice system gone awry.
