I wrote this book to revive a generation that will never return-a time, a character, a spirit that belonged to a world now past. I have learned that honesty takes courage and that following the rules doesn't always lead us forward. Sharing my story with others inspired me to put it into words, to capture the fleeting moments that shape who we are.
