ABA Mini Manual: Level One: Imitation, Matching, Receptive Language, Joint Attention

These exercises establish strong rudimentary abilities across several critical domains (Imitation, matching, receptive language, joint attention etc.). The manual provides detailed step-by-step direction and broad extensions (generalization). Many of these exercises serve as vehicles for the development of early social awareness and foundational executive function abilities (e.g., visual and auditory memory, scanning, attention dexterity). Finally, the mini-manual series serves as a guide for how to think about constructing meaningful, language-based, early intervention programs for children with autism.
