Yale Sports Stories is a collection of milestone and memorable events touching five decades in a legendary Division I athletics program. These are the humorous, crazy, unique, famous, notorious, scary and inspiring stories - including games - that I experienced during my Yale tenure. From athletics department staff members acting as members of the Yale crew team for a promotional event on the Queen Elizabeth II to hosting the school's first-ever mascot contest, and from traveling with teams around the world to visiting current and former U.S. Presidents, this collection of stories provides an inside look at what it was like to be a student-athlete, a coach and an athletics staff member at a prestigious Ancient Eight institution during its most prolific era.
