If you google a nutrition program, hundreds will flood your screen. But what about a guide to help you reset your mind? A competitor's mental state is arguably more important than their physical ability. I have not been able to find any valid mindset guides for athletes on the market...until now.Athletes face more mental challenges today than ever before in history. With social media, online statistics and pressure from peers, parents, and coaches, keeping a positive mindset can be nearly impossible.
