This Trumpet practice Method is for the Intermediate Student/Player with more than a year of playing experience of any age and the Comeback Player. This book will help you to more easily progress to the Advanced player level that will have more skills than others. I use the Embouchure Builder, My First Clarke, and My First Arban's books because they are not only available but fit into the intermediate category. I show you how to use, modify and fit them together along with the instructions and exercises I've provided in my book to help you get an edge and progress to the advanced player and be able to start using the original Clarke's and Arban's. Some of the instructions and exercises I use and teach are advanced for the intermediate student but if you follow my lessons - these exercises will be within your reach . This book shows you what, when, and how to practice. When you have completed all the Lessons you will be able to play over half the published music out there! You will gain better Flexibility, Articulation (Single, Double, and Triple Tonguing) Skills, Scales both Major and Minor and many others using Dan Haerle's Scales for Jazz Improvisation, Range (up to a G above High C and down to a Double Peddle C), and Endurance, and learn how to practice and play "Lip Trills" which is an advanced concept.
