Timmy and the New Baby

How would you explain to a young child that he has a new baby sister or brother on the way? What would you do to make sure that he knew that he wasn't suddenly any less important, or less a part of the family?

Based on the popular mythology of storks delivering babies, the author takes us on a journey to explore that question for ourselves. Through keen insight and observation, the stork shares with Timmy that a new baby is an addition to a family and adds to the love that a family shares. The stork shows Timmy that his place in the family and his parent's love remains unchanged, and is now even stronger than before.
