1587: The Oldest American Mystery, The Lost Colony of Roanoke

A-400-Year-Old American Mystery... Solved
This craftily entwined tale where the history and the mystery intersect, Don Bernardo has another interesting novella for his thirsty audience. As historical
descendants of Henry Payne, whose name appears on the Bark Elizabeth Manifest, we give this story high marks for those who would love to know what happened, but also know about love.

I work from Corolla to Nags Head and purchased 1,000 copies of the first edition of this book to give to staff, owners and guests of Brindley Beach Vacations. In my past I was a volunteer firefighter, and on several occasions I saw a white doe. After reading Don's book, I'm positive I was looking at Virginia Dare.
