Sophia Blanchard struggles with focus. She struggles to get her work done while balancing her close, personal relationships with family and friends. When her dad goes through some medical issues, things at work only get tougher. She enjoys her project, designing a website for a coffee producer but she keeps getting sidetracked before getting her work done. Her friend Ethan has ADHD and she starts to wonder if some of her problems at work might suggest she does too. Sophia has always dreamed of opening a coffee shop and Ethan offers to help her make that dream come true. Maybe corporate life isn't the place for Sophia. Ethan is thrilled for the chance to spend time with her on the coffee shop plan, considering he's had a crush on her for months. Then one day she meets Bryan, a handsome newcomer to town who takes her out dancing and dining. Bryan is movie star handsome and has come to Lyndville to help his own parents. His mom is in the hospital and he's on family medical leave to help. She grapples with her feelings toward both men and decides once again she needs to focus.
