The rapid rise of Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) has transformed how young consumers access food, prioritizing speed and convenience over traditional decision-making processes. This study examines how ultra-fast food delivery platforms influence the health-conscious behavior of Generation Z consumers in Pune City. Using empirical data from Gen-Z respondents, the research analyzes the relationship between delivery speed, food choices, and dietary awareness. The findings reveal that while faster delivery often encourages impulsive and unhealthy food selections, there is also a significant demand among Gen-Z consumers for healthier alternatives. The study highlights opportunities for Q-Commerce platforms to balance convenience with nutrition through improved platform design and consumer awareness.
